Pleasant Ridge County Park used to be part of the state park system, but it is now part of the Greenville County Recreation District. There is a .75 nature trail as well as camping, cabins, fishing, and swimming at this little gem. Take a stroll on the easy-to-moderate nature trail to see these pretty cascades.
Directions: From Greenville, take US 25 North toward Asheville until it intersects with SC 11. Turn left onto SC 11 and drive two miles to the park on the right. All photos © Allen Easler. |
