 Upper Satulah Falls are a pretty 100-foot waterslide on private property off NC 28 just south of Highlands. Nothing dramatic, but they fit in with the scenery. Directions: From Highlands, proceed south on NC 28 2.3 miles. Pull off on the right, and walk across the road to view the slide. All photos © Allen Easler. |
